Sam and Fiona's Christchurch Wedding
Sam and Fiona (aka Fee) tied the knot underneath a beautiful wooden arch decorated in sprawling blooms at their Christchurch wedding ceremony held on the grounds of Okoka Park in rural Canterbury, surrounded by all their favourite people! Their ceremony location was framed by large hedges creating a grassed courtyard-like space that felt intimate and classy. This venue is truly special to Sam and Fee and was an absolute no-brainer when they planned their Christchurch wedding, as this is also Sam's family home.

Fiona and Sam tactically got ready at the same location, with Fiona upstairs and Sam downstairs with the lads. Once Sam left to greet guests at the ceremony, Fiona made her way down the spiral staircase in her wedding dress. With her cathedral-length veil gently tracing its way down the stairs behind her she greeted her father at the bottom of the spiral staircase, sharing the first look with him that quickly left him speechless. Love these moments!
After their Christchurch wedding ceremony, they shared bubbles, enjoyed canapes, and chatted with their guests before exploring the grounds for their wedding photos. All of their wedding photos were captured on the grounds of Ohoka park, making the most of the stunning park-like grounds. Here they popped not one but three bottles of champaign,
Their Christchurch wedding reception was also held at Ohoka Park underneath a clear marquee. This created such a nice atmosphere and meant guests could enjoy the sun and views without any obstructions.
