Our delivery time for all weddings is 8-10 weeks, this gives us time to dedicate our attention completely to your wedding without rushing, in this time we will be going through the images or footage captured, colour correcting and retouching when needed, ahead of delivering your photos/video to you via a private online gallery or downloadable link.

Yes, a retainer of 35% of your package price is required to hold your wedding date. The retained amount applies towards your final contracted fee. The retained amount is non-refundable

Your final payment is due 30 days prior to your event/wedding day.

Yes, we love to travel and are always down for an adventure! We travel throughout New Zealand and internationally, wherever love takes us! Additional costs are included for travel outside of Nelson/Tasman.

Mother nature is the one thing you can’t entirely plan for, but you can prepare for her! For local weddings we always have clear umbrellas in the back of our car and we do try to scout out some covered options ahead of your big day just incase. We do however encourage you to embrace the elements, have fun with the wild weather and make the most of the moody sky as often our best work is captured in the middle of a wild storm!

Yes, we are both fully vaccinated

If James or Carrie are unable to capture your wedding due to contracting COVID or any other illness they have a network of other photographers and videographers they can call on to capture your day on their behalf.

If this was to happen James and Carrie would still edit your photos/video to ensure your wedding is edited to their standard and style.

We love featuring your beautiful weddings on our website and social media platforms, this is a great way for us to display and promote our latest work. We never post your wedding photos on these platforms until you have received the image first but from time to time we will feature some of the images we captured from your wedding on social media and do offer small galleries of some of our weddings for viewing on our website.

We certainly do! We feel when you invest money in having your wedding day captured it would be a shame to not have some of these beautiful images displayed in your home.

Having worked in the print industry, it was hugely important to us that we offered our clients a high-end alternative to your big box store printers, our prints are of the highest quality, each print is treated like art and printed with care, and our couples can choose from an array of quality print options from their very own print store within their wedding galleries. We have a refined selection of printing options from small and large photo prints on various papers to hardcover photo books to name a few of our favourites!
